These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the w663 platform, including all casino games, sports betting, bingo, and related services offered to players in Pakistan. By creating an account and using w663, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. w663 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a valid CNIC — at any time. Accounts where the registered holder is found to be under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
The w663 Platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gaming activity is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of each individual Player to determine whether accessing and using the w663 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any bets. w663 makes no representations as to the legality of the Services in any specific jurisdiction.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account on the w663 Platform. Registering more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, w663 will close all associated Accounts, void any winnings generated, and return deposits at its sole discretion. Bonus abuse via duplicate Accounts will result in permanent Platform-wide ban.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the Account registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or operate your Account, or use another Player's Account under any circumstances.
w663 strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which is available to all registered Players at no cost. w663 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
w663 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer verification on all registered Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires Players to submit clear copies of the following documents: a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered number matching the Account), and in some cases a selfie with the CNIC held next to your face. w663 may request additional documentation at any time and at its sole discretion.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting w663 customer support via live chat. If you are requesting Account closure due to problem gambling concerns, please inform the support agent so that your request can be processed under the responsible gaming self-exclusion procedure, which carries additional protections. w663 may also close Accounts unilaterally in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, regulatory instruction, or other reasons at its discretion, with notice provided where practicable.
w663 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time, and w663 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method support without prior notice.
The minimum deposit on the w663 Platform is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by the Platform, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes. w663 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. w663 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but w663 targets completion of all withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. w663 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
The primary transactional currency of the w663 Platform is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are denominated in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated.
w663 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each individual promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. w663 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage contribution rate. Casino slots typically contribute 100% to wagering; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the specific promotion.
Any Player found to be abusing the w663 bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, using bonus funds in a pattern designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will have all associated Bonus Funds and winnings voided, and their Account will be permanently closed. w663 uses automated monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns and acts on findings without prior warning.
All bonuses and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, which is stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
All casino games available on the w663 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and crash games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are operated by licensed live dealer studios with their own regulatory approvals. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each casino game is published in the game's information panel. w663 makes no guarantee of any individual Player's results, and all gambling outcomes are inherently subject to chance.
Sports betting markets on the w663 Platform are governed by specific Sports Betting Rules which are published separately in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket betting markets are among the most comprehensive on the w663 Platform. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or other applicable authority). Bets on matches abandoned due to weather or other circumstances are settled in accordance with the specific settlement rules published in the w663 Cricket Betting Rules section.
w663 reserves the right to void any bet or casino game round where a technical error, system fault, pricing error, or suspicious activity is identified. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account. Disputes regarding the settlement of bets or casino game outcomes must be raised via live chat support within 30 days of the relevant event. w663's decision on disputes, made after internal review, is final and binding.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the w663 Platform without prior written authorisation from w663.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w663, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss.
w663 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. w663 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
In all cases where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of w663 to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w663 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the w663 complaints process will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the terms of w663's gaming licence.
If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you must first contact w663 customer support via live chat. All formal complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours with a reference number and are escalated to the w663 compliance team for review. w663 will provide a written response to all formal complaints within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied with w663's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body as specified under the terms of w663's gaming licence.
w663 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — w663 will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and via a notification displayed upon login to the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors or minor clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
